Located on Shell Beach, this quirky Brazilian beach bar and restaurant lack the all-white pizazz of Nikki Beach. But with a gourmand edge many might be surprising, a too-dark-to-be-hip dining room is located on the upper level of the restaurant with an open-air bar home to nighttime lounge and jazz acts that attract a more casual set of locals.<span style=""> </span>A series of staircases connects the restaurant to the beach, lined with picnic tables in lieu of elegant lounges for a hungry group of beach revelers that don't mind letting their gut stick out a bit from a kitchen of tropical deliciousness.

A class act menu includes a 3-course prix-fix menu priced at 29-Euro that includes dessert. Those eating ala carte enjoy an appetizer menu of escargots, lobster bisque, tuna takati and crab salad with minty grapefruit that could compete with the island’s best eateries. Main course is a fantasy of land and sea with it legendary Brazilian short ribs, lobster fettuccine, grilled fillet and top-notch Mahi-Mahi.
